Landon Field is the Chief Executive Officer of Rental Housing Saskatchewan (RHSK), the provincial association representing rental housing providers, property managers, and landlords across Saskatchewan. In his role, Landon leads RHSK’s mission to strengthen the rental housing sector by delivering high quality education, resources, advocacy, and professional development to members in communities throughout the province.

With a strong foundation in business and global perspectives, Landon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Edwards School of Business and a Certificate in Global Studies from the University of Saskatchewan. His background supports a strategic, community focused approach to industry leadership, stakeholder engagement, and sector advancement.

Beyond his work in rental housing, Landon is actively involved in the broader community, serving as the Vice President of Curl Saskatoon and the Sutherland Curling Club. His commitment to community-building and collaborative leadership underscores his passion for strengthening both the rental sector and the province as a whole.

McKenna is the Member Services Assistant at RHSK, where she focuses on connecting with members and bringing creativity to the team. Currently completing her Co-op work term, she is a third-year Marketing student at the Edwards School of Business. She is excited to gain hands-on experience in the rental housing industry and contribute fresh ideas to member engagement.

Outside of work, McKenna enjoys going to the lake in the summer, and spending quality time with friends and family.

RHSK’s History

Flag

1994

We were incorporated as the Saskatchewan Landlords Association (SKLA) to provide a voice for landlords and property managers on the issue of damage deposits.

Flag

1998

We changed our name to the Saskatchewan Rental Housing Industry Association to more accurately reflect our membership.

2015

The Board to go back to our original roots and are proud to be the SKLA (Saskatchewan Landlord Association).

2019

The Board hired its first full-time Executive Officer and moved the office to downtown Saskatoon.

2020

We successfully developed and launched our first strategic plan that will guide the Association until 2023.

2024

We successfully rebranded as Rental Housing Saskatchewan. Our new name and brand reflect how RHSK opens the door to education and opportunity for rental housing providers across the province.
