Complaint Process

Complaints registered through this process are designed to alert the Association of a possible contravention of our bylaws, policies, or code of ethics. A complaint will be promptly investigated by the Association’s Discipline Committee and disciplinary action will only be taken after an investigation has been conducted, a claim has been registered with the Office of Residential Tenancies, and the Member has been given the opportunity to be heard and/or correct any contravention. Please complete all sections to ensure the Committee has sufficient evidence to conduct an investigation.
